Nutrismart: This concept is called Nutrismart, where the smart plate reads out our food using an RFID reader inside the plate and works as an invisible diet management system. The feedback is then sent to a laptop or a smartphone where you can see an infographic of sorts about your eating habits.


TellSpec: TellSpec is a handheld device that tells you about the nutrients, calories, ingredients and more in your food. It provides a fast and simple way to learn what’s in your food; it uploads the spectrum to its analysis engine where its analyzed and the information is then downloaded and displayed on to your smartphone.


Home Sweet Home: This futuristic concept device by designer B Oro needs to be placed over the food that is to be replicated and it works by scanning and identifying each molecule. While the other part of the device replicates the meal with only molecules present in the air.


Kitchen Safe: The Kitchen Safe is a time-lock container for food (gadgets or any other item); all you need to do is set the timer, press the button and till the timer reaches zero you’re locked out.


Smart Knife: Electrolux’s touch screen kitchen knife is a rechargeable knife that tells you how fresh your food is, nutritional value and more. It comes along with two options – voice recognition or touch screen.


Smart Grill: With the Smart Grill there wont be any more overcooked or undercooked food again; it comes with high-precision temperature controls, powerful software that allows it to automatically adjust the cooking profile to give optimum results. And all this can be done using your smartphone.


Drop: Drop is a Bluetooth kitchen scale and recipe app that works as an excellent digital baking assistant. All you need to do is just choose one of many tasty interactive recipes and Drop guides you step-by-step, suggests substitutions, and updates your shopping list. It also alerts you on your smartphone when your delicious treat is done.


Fridge Magnet: This Fridge Magnet features a QR code reader built-in; scanning the code will give you expirationdate, place of origin, and more on the shelf life of food. Once you are done you can stick the reader on the fridge door.


Salt Meter: This Electronic Salt Meter analyzer uses conductivity test to measure the salt concentration in liquid food and indicates on 7 light indicator scale.


SensorfreshQ: SensorfreshQ is a meat and poultry freshness detector; place its nozzle at your uncooked meat and poultry, and in less than a minute colored lights confirm its freshness.


Electronic Chopsticks: These Electronic Chopsticks developed by the company Baidu tests the purity of food touched on its tips; using a smartphone app it provides data about the oils used in cooking of the foods. It informs you if the oil used is fresh, or reused, and more. It is also able to determine the PH levels in food and the calorie values too.


HAPIfork: Its a smart electronic fork that monitors your eating habits.

Preppad: This smart food scale gives you real-time insight of the food you eat. Working with Countertop app its compatible with iPad 3 and 4, iPad mini and iPad Air.


Aromatic Forks: The Aromafork has a holding place at the back for paper on which you can drop essences of 21 different aromas: sorted into Beans, Fruits, Herbs, Nuts, Spices, and Umami.
